Every business has a heart, and Morgan sure is ours. At just 29 years old, she's the maker, packer, shipper, and all‑around bringer of joy around here! Think of her as the Swiss Army Knife of our operation, who always has the right tools to solve any problems. She started on with the business when she was just 15 and gave so much love to the business that she was officially brought on as Co-Owner when she was 20. Now she's leading us into this next chapter!
This chaotic softie has always run our business on equal parts vibes, coffee, and KT Tape (hEDS problems, if you know you know). We swear her notes app is overflowing with so many ideas that we could never actually accomplish, and yet somehow, the warehouse is covered in sticky notes with even more ideas. Her colorful, creative mind is part of what makes Sugar + Spruce feel so special, though, so we wouldn't have her any other way!
Really, Morgan is a simple girl at her core. She firmly believes every meal should be followed up with dessert, that watching comfort shows with your person is the sixth love language, and that a good fantasy book can fix any problem (or at least let you pretend for a little while)! Really, though, she just believes that home is anywhere her fiancé and their beloved fur baby are, and that there's nothing you can't face with your people by your side.
She puts her heart, hands, and humor into everything she does here, and we couldn't be luckier to have her!
