Shipping

Sugar and Spruce accepts orders 24/7 and will process most orders within 1-2 business days.  Some products are made to order and may take an extra day or two to process.  In the event of a longer delay, you will be notified of this via email.  

We use USPS to ship all orders. Orders may be impacted by recent USPS delays, but we are doing everything we can to get your orders to you promptly. Once orders leave our  doors we unfortunately have no control over issues or delays with USPS, therefore orders that are delayed by USPS are not eligible for refund due to shipping delays.

If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it we must wait at least a week before USPS will allow us to file a claim. Please keep in mind that packages will sometimes be marked as delivered early so we recommend waiting a few days to see if it will show up.

Free shipping is available to all orders over $75 (subtotal) and Sugar and Spruce will choose the shipping method.
