Returns Policy

Sugar and Spruce's return policy offers an unconditional guarantee, if you are not satisfied with the quality of our products simply return the unused products within 10 days from the time of receiving it to the address below for a full credit of the product price at the time of sale in the form of an online credit to be used in our online store.
Shipping costs for products that are returned are the responsibility of the purchaser, not Sugar and Spruce. Sugar and Spruce has the right to refuse any returns. Any additional questions please feel free to contact us by email or by calling us during normal business hours.

Additional non-returnable items:
-Gift cards
-Custom scented products such as custom scented lotions, body sprays, scrubs, and beard oils


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an online credit will be issued to you within a certain amount of days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
