Pickups

Sugar and Spruce accepts pickup orders 24/7 and will process most orders within 1-2 business days. Some products are made to order and may take an extra day or two to process. In the event of a longer delay, you will be notified of this via email.  

Our warehouse schedule changes week to week, so pickups are by appointment only, Monday-Friday, and are subject to our availability. If you're unable to stop by during the week, please text us at 804-322-9715 before placing your order to see if we have any weekend availability. 

Once you place your order, please email us at morgan@sugarandspruce.com or text us at 804-322-9715 to schedule your pickup appointment. Appointments are available with up to an hour arrival window. If you have not arrived within your pickup window, you will need to reschedule your appointment. 

Pickup orders are held up to 30 days. After that time, your order will be refunded and subject to a $5 restocking fee. Limited edition, seasonal, and sale items are not available for refund. 

Directions

Our warehouse is located at 10097 Patterson Park Rd. Suite 110, Ashland VA 23005. We are right off I-95 exit 89, Lewistown Rd. Once you turn onto Patterson Park Rd, you will take a right into our warehouse complex and then an immediate left. We are located right between ASV (Air Specialists of Virginia) and CIC (Capitol Investment Solutions). You can park in any open space!
