How Does It Work?  

For every $1 spent you will receive 1 point.   Earn points for all purchases in store and online.  Just use the same email in store as well as online to receive points into your account.  

What Can I Use My Points For? 

You can redeem your rewards points for FREE Bath Bombs or % OFF discount codes for future purchases.

How Do I Sign Up? 

Sign up online and in store by creating an account (In Store; simply give your email and contact info at checkout). You will receive an email from Sugar and Spruce Rewards after your first purchase so be sure to open that email up and click on the Claim Points button to create a special password.  Don't worry, you won't have to do this every time you make a purchase.

How Do I See How Many Points I Have Built Up?

 Log into your account at  Make sure to use the same email that you signed up with to view your dashboard and access points earned.  

Check your points balance and redeem a perk by visiting yourSugar and Spruce Rewards account

How Do I Redeem My Points? 

Head on over to your Perkville dashboard, log in using your log in information used at account set up.  Your dashboard will tell you which perks you are eligible for based on your points balance. Select redeem on the perk you would like to use and you can show/print for in store use or use the code at checkout.  For online purchases you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Help!  My Account Is Pending And I Can't Redeem My Points.

 (Message From Perkville) In the event that a customer is listed as Pending in your customer list, this simply means that they have been invited to join your rewards program, but have not accepted the connection with you. 

Only the customer may change their status from "Pending" to "Active" which is done through You may direct your customer to and ask them to click the "Join" button, where they may enter the email address that you have on file for them.

They will then receive an email asking them to confirm their account and create a password. Once in their new account, they can click the "Get Points" option on their homepage, and they're set!

If they're having trouble receiving emails from us, such as the "Join" email, you may either ask them to contact or you can reach out to us with the customer's email, and we can investigate further.
